Since I was seven years old…

I became obsessed with documenting my family and friends. Seeing my grandmother’s photo albums from her childhood and her mother’s childhood, a sense of determination came over me and would inevitably lead to my greatest hobby and eventually my career choice. Not only was it a feeling of necessity, to remember always the good times and some of the bad, but I have always considered myself a collector. A collector of the textures, colors, important milestones, and even the not so important moments that helped shaped who I am today.

There are so many who I must thank for all the support they’ve given me over the years. My parents, Karen, William, and Andrew. Grandmother, Susan who sadly is no longer with us. Thank you, for sharing your love of family history with all of us. Bill, Riley, Levi and Alexandra, for letting me photograph the growing pains of our youth. My high school photography teacher, Mr. Dionesotes. Jeff Ebert, Kevin Scanlon, Mark Williams, Sara Hirakawa, Brian Bowen Smith, Nigel Parry, Danielle Levitt, Olivia Malone, Nagi Sakai, Emman Montalvan, Clarke Tolton, Joe Pellegrini, RJ Shaughnessy, Nino Muñoz, Jerry Buttles, are some of the many photographers I’ve had the privilege to work with and learn from. Joey Armario, Ana Coto, Lauren Beyda, Emma Vaughn, Sierra Prescott, Johnny Law, Laura Taylor, Shaun Murdock, Gila Christie, Mark Champion, Jamie Cary, Brooke Ludi, Seth Gudmunson, Jad Magaziner, Martha Galvan, Sean Bonilla, Wyatt Noble, Kacie Tomita, Monroe Alvarez, Chris Gonzales, Spencer Tortorici, Darel Granoth, Corey Whitted, Alex Woods, Kristen Terry, Frank Terry, Steven Valdez, Paul Rae, Jake Trott, Michael Baca, Sean Garrison, Matt Hoover, Miles Kerr, Justin Smith, Harry Eelman, Nick Walker, Mark Durling, Carol Salazar, Joshua Liebman, and many more beautiful people I've made friendships with since starting my journey and I can’t thank them enough for being apart of my life.

Most importantly, I reserve the biggest thank you for my wife Alyson. With out her support, love and spirit I wouldn’t be who I am with out her. I love you.
